"I love the location of this place. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Lapa. everything you need. Very attentive staff at reception and breakfast. Lovely size rooms . My only criticism would be to have a robe in the room so that you could go to the pool when the weather is nice enough to have a dip. Other than that, this place is a little gem. "

"The property is really nice, the rooms were quite large for a European hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Especially the waiter, Mario, took really good care of us during breakfasts. Amazing location as well, very close to public transport and walking distance to some major historic sites. "

"The booking was confirmed on a 2nd floor, i got a 3rd floor, all switches dirty actually black, bed horrible mattress, there was a alarm ringing at 04 am on first night, and toilet cleaning very bad specially in the shower. Mean time I have lung emphysema and I complain about the floor as confirmation was to a 2nd floor they said that wasn’t for us chose the floor even if of the booking wouldn’t show that you were going to stay on a 3rd. So yes mainly was very bad "

"It’s good value for money but there were couple issues during our stay. 1) it says city tax is payable at the property and Expedia asks not to pay anything anyway else but on the website. The property wanted me to pay the tax online beforehand or they wouldn’t let us in. So I was forced to pay online and next day someone came to ask for cash to pay for the tax. I sent them confirmation that I’ve sent the money and they asked to send it again. 2) because there’s common areas they didn’t know what...
