"Room was spacious and equipped with everything for a short stay. But on leaving - after I had to give them day-before notice of needing shuttle to airport, I got to desk 5 min early and waited 15 min for someone to show up. She said she'd lost track of time then ordered an Uber, causing me another 10 min delay. I hadnt factored in this extra time and it was terribly disruptive. All they needed to do was call me earlier to alert me of the situation so I could have left at the correct time."

"Honest review: there's a lot that's great about this property, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent and close to all amenities and not a bad drive to the ski hills up the canyon. The downside is that the common areas, hallways etc...are very dirty, there was an active leak coming down from the 3rd floor onto the 2nd floor in the hallway during the final days of my stay.
