Tru is a newer hotel in a newer part of town. The property was well themed and operated with a fun color scheme and modern amenities. The only downsides were the windows do not open a the free breakfast was a bit limited compared to the other free breakfast hotels in the marketplace. The staff was excellent and friendly.

The hotel was clean, but the elevator was broken. No coffee, no microwave, no ice bucket in rooms which was disappointing based on room cost. Front desk lady was fine curing check in but not helpful otherwise. Overall, We will not stay here again and not a recommended location.

The staff at this hotel are always excellent. From housekeeping to maintenance to front desk and management. They have always all been wonderful to interact with. The rooms are on the small side, but for solo travelers like myself they are perfect. Well kept and clean.

The decor was lovely and comfortable, pricing was reasonable and the service was excellent. Jill at the front desk was a sweet lady who was quick and efficient at her job! All-in-all we would stay here again!
