"when we arrived, at 7 pm, there was no receptionist. we were given a different room than what had been required and the person in charge (waitress) couldn't help much as there was no receptionist available. Given that the hotel for that day was fully booked, they should have a person in charge to support customers."

"The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights.
