I arrived early and my room was not ready so my luggage was stored and I was given a tag to retrieve. I had a lovely walk in the area and when I returned, my luggage was already in my room, which was wonderful because there is no elevator/lift. I cannot say enough about the kind and helpful staff! "Short overnight stay in Annecy France. The hotel is right at the train station. It’s a charming old building and despite appearances the rooms are modern and extremely clean. The staff are super friendly and the price is very good for the location. They have an excellent breakfast or there is a patisserie down-stairs if you just want to grab a snack. This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and each time it has been very pleasant. Highly Recommend for the budget traveller."
