"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only real issue is that the carpeting in places of the hotel and our room needs to be replaced. Perhaps it will be in the future. It was a bit shabby. I’d rather see luxury vinyl flooring. Also, the water in the shower was almost lukewarm, yet extremely hot in the bathroom sink. I’m sure these issues will be attended to. "

"The property is an older facility. There have been some renovations in the units. We were there in early December and the breakfast and snack bar had a limited selection. The property is under new ownership so I believe they are working to improve the property."

"This is such a nice little place. It's obviously older, but it is well kept and spotlessly clean! The staff was awesome and it's nice to be able to text right to someone for any needs or questions. This will be my secret little spot for Boyne getaways."
