"die anlage ist neu und sauber. das personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. achtung der strom und das wasser werden nachts abgestellt.am morgen läuft der generator nur ca 90 minuten und wird dann wieder abgestellt. die massnahme ist vernünftig als gast muss man sich danach richten z. b. duschen in dieser zeit. ich frage mich ob eine lösung mit solar- oder windenergie nicht vernünftiger wäre.ein dieselbetriebener stromgenerator ist laut und nicht sehr umweltfreundlich"

Two things disappointed me a bit: only cash is accepted (at least at the specific moment when I wanted to pay) and receptionist wasn't able to call a taxi when I came to him on 5AM to take us to airport (yes, hotel is very close to airport but it was a heavy shower outside that time)."

"My wife and I stayed in the Imperial Playa Hotel, for the first time, and we had an excellent experience. The receptionist Abdullah welcomed us, and made us feel, as if we were home, he made us feel comfortable. The room, on the third floor, facing the ocean, is very clean, and has bath towels, soap, etc.. the service is excellent, and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. I would go back to the Imperial Playa Hotel, and recommend it to my family and friends."
