"I really wish that the tvs were smart tvs. Your cable service is horrible. The tv guide does not match what the channel numbers are and it takes a pretty long time to load each channel when you change channels. So watching any tv was not enjoyable and we had down time and wanted to watch something. So we just had to watch Netflix on our phones. "

"We had a short 1 night stay b/c I had a 6 am call for surgery the next morning in Seattle. Unfortunately we left to early to take part in breakfast. However, the room was so quiet, it was amazing! I rarely sleep well in hotels b/c I hear every noise but I slept here! It was also super clean. I am picky.... first thing I do is check sheets and bathroom for hair. Everything was perfect. The gal at the front desk was also lovely and helpful getting our heat adjusted. I do wish they would...
