This necessitated opening the sticky cellophane from each before being able to fill up coffee. There were 10 people behind me in line. This is a stupid system."

"As if it wasn't expensive enough for the 2 night stay, they impose a $100 mandatory deposit because they (hotel manager or owner) chose to overspend for new towels ($25+). That is exorbatant for some regular towels that could have been bought at Walmart cheaper. The linens are a part of expenses by a hotel, so it's a bit much to require guests pay for them. Staff says its to cover "If they get too dirty", who says so if they do get dirty?? "
