My family and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. In my opinion the hotel needs to be updated, the floors need to be strengthened so you don't hear the people above you. With that said, I believe that the staff and services made up for any shortfalls in my stay. I believe that the staff at that hotel were absolutely lovely people, They made our stay comfortable and safe. On a funny note the entrance is appalling, it's very difficult to figure out which lane to turn into. I suppose younger people would do better than me.

Staff was friendly and professional. My room was clean and the bed and pillows very comfy. The complimentary breakfast was presented well and very tasty. One flaw was the coffe inroom is not very good.

Overall I’m happy with my stay. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. it’s a quiet area, too. Halls smelled like cigarettes. Limited breakfast - out of plates and forks. I would stay here again only because options are limited in Henderson.

Was so pleasantly surprised to meet the check-in staff who was kind, helpful, unobtrusively chatty (8/9/24). Answered all my questions, gave dinner and shopping directions. Fresh cookies at check-in, easy to find ice machines. Room was clean and inviting. Good breakfast with many options. Only negatives were wet/stained carpet near elevator, and the handicap accessible room did not have an ADA toilet nor handrails in that area; bathing was a shower/tub combo. Roll-in shower would be preferable. Surpassed my expectations for a small town hotel - will definitely stay here again for this yearly conference.
