"Staff was courteous and friendly. Checked us in right away. Location was very convenient to where we were going. Breakfast staff was helpful and friendly. Not sure why we were given a handicap accessible room. One of the showere//tub fixtures was broken. No place really to put clothes away. But it was convenient to the elevator and ice."

"The facility had a nice, good size area with tables for eating...whether some brought their own food or for the breakfast in morning. A nice large screen TV in entry vestibule...yet limited to a couch for 3 and a table for 4, yet a room off to side could also see if people want watch party. The staff very courteous and friendly, however there seemed to be many young children, 6-12, and several loud guests on my floor (tv was very loud---rooms not sound-proof). Overall though...look...

Like the first time, the room was spotlessly clean, with modern conveniences like: microwave, refrigerator, desk, comfortable linens, and basic toiletries. Hot water was immediate and plentiful. Staff was friendly. Although the hotel appeared to be quite full, it was very quiet. Continental self-serve breakfast provided: coffee, juice, bagels, English muffins, packaged danish, two kinds of cold cereal. Within short...

"The property is nice and the restaurant was wonderful but the “spa” is minimal and other than that there is nothing to do. No hot tub, no sauna, no games, not even a deck of cards, nothing. I had much higher expectations. "

"Brittany is basically bare bones, an updated motel. But the extras, especially the friendliness and helpfulness of the “team” running the place, make it a pleasure. Also beds are really comfortable. "
