"Everything was excellent, and we will be back. I gave 4 stars for one reason: there was no fridge, microwave, or coffee maker. A small fridge + a small microwave + a regular coffee maker are about $500. If you add $5 to the price, you get your money back in only 100 nights and it makes all the difference in the world. One last thing, there was no shampoo or conditioner. These are really cents, not even one dollar and you'd have saved us a trip to buy them."

"Just about every aspect of the stay were excellent except for the room key situation. Your room key is also needed to enter into the hotel from the back parking lot. During our 9 day stay we made six trips to the front desk to get new keys, and no I didn't keep them next to my cell phone. The last few trips I was getting 2-3 keys at a time. Nothing more frustrating them keys not working. "

"I thought we had booked the kind of king room that had a view of the pool. We did not have a view of the Pool. We had a view of the next property. But it was quiet enough. The bed wasn’t great as it had a very squeaky plastic mattress liner on it. "

"The breakfast has a good variety of items. The staff serving the breakfast were very helpful and courteous. It is right in the middle of Korean town, so very convenient for getting grocery and have a very good variety of restaurants. It is in L.A. metropolitan area, so the streets are not as clean - which of course isn't the fault of the hotel. But it does affect my initial impression. Also, the hotel has a tired look. I think the room can use a lighter, more cheerful paint and curtains. ...
