"When i got to the room. The door stuck you had to use your shoulder to open it. Not enough light in the room. TV was missing Remote was there but no tv. Went to call the front desk and land line was not working. Told the front desk worker Friday night about issues. She said maintenance would fix them on Saturday. Went to take a shower only no hot water barely luke warm. Breakfast was only plain oatmeal and coffee or hot chocolate. Came back that night still no TV and phone not working. Woken up...
