"wished there was a type of fitness room in hotel, otherwise everything was clean. When area on carpet near window leaked when rained; staff came in immediately to work on it. since it was our first time in San Francisco, it would have been nice if there were flyers provided in room of maps, recommended restaurants, sites to see in area that were walkable"

"Upon check-in at the hotel, there was no water in the whole hotel. We could not shower, no water to brush your teeth, or wash your face, and could not flush the toilet. We were not informed of this ahead of time, and had no way to get to another hotel. The water was still out the next morning. Hotel was very outdated. Carpet in the hallways filthy and torn. Hallway smelled like marijuana. Homeless living in cars and campers on street right next to property. I guess you get what you pay for so...

"Easy and complete checkin. A recent change in staffing resulted in lack of early morning airport transfer. Competent and friendly staff made Uber reservation, hotel paid for transfer. It arrived as scheduled and our timely early departure occurred without incident or delay. "
