"The room I checked into had no AC. It was so late at night and tolerable, I stayed. I called the front desk and told them the situation. The next day I called again and got my room switched. It was perfect!! It had working AC, smelled better, and a nicer/cleaner room than before. The staff was amazing! Very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to change my room. "
