This is a shared home - with long term tenants in the basement apartment. They have their own driveway, private entrance (which is located on the far bottom side of the house, and are completely separated by deadbolts). There is an 8 foot privacy wall separating the tenants and the pool area. They do not have access to the pool during a guest's stay. They are made aware of any guests (prior to their arrival). They respect the guests privacy. You may see them taking their dog for a walk or getting in their car.
