"I understand there are homeless people everywhere walking around. However, when I arrived, I was approached by a homeless man. The hotel itself had security keys. But made me feel uncomfortable to the surrounding area. Informed them of what happened and was told they would keep an eye out. "

"This is a newish property with some innovations that I appreciate. Principal is a no slip shower stall with controls away from the splash zone. I can't confirm, but I believe the floor "tile" is cushion too. It is certainly nonslip. That said, the bed is very comfortable and the HVAC perfect as far as I could tell – – this during a cold snap. There's even a classy bar downstairs. I thought it was an improvement. "Hotel is right off of I-70. Good for easy off access. Traffic noise may be a concern if room is on the highway side of hotel. Good breakfast with plenty of choices . Pleasant front desk gentleman. "
