"The gentleman than works there is fantastic. I called early in the day to ask if they had hair dryers and they did not. When I checked in he asked if I remembered to pack mine. It was a little thing but those are what makes experience memorable. This was our second stay ana we'll return next time we're on the area. "

"This property is in a quiet wooded neighborhood. A little far for walking to most places but only a short drive to campus and neighboring areas. The house was very clean and well stocked with necessary amenities. Communication with the owners was easy and they were quick to respond. I would definitely recommend the Hummingbird House to others. "

"Super convenient as it's right off the I-5, this place had a mellow, cozy vibe that permeated the hotel. The fact that every room has it's own secured back porch is highly appreciated too. Only problem was that the vertical surface areas like doors and other areas were not as clean as they could be. I would reccomend this place to anyone in need of a quiet and unpretentious room that will remind you of your mothers home."
