"I LOVED staying at this house! It has 1950's charm and is very spacious, which made it comfortable for my granddaughter, her fiancƩ and baby to visit and have lunch and dinner together. I'll certainly be visiting them in Eugene again and very much hope I can stay at this wonderful home in the future. "

"The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained. Was a little strange to have to do all the dishes clean up take out the trash. I felt like that was a little much considering the cleaning fees. Would have appreciated basic lotion, soap, etc. for the price. However, Katherine was very attentive and the cleanliness made up for everything. "

"We stayed at Gigi's lovely rental for a quick trip to Eugene to see our grandson. The location is great, close to grocery stores and other shops, and had all the necessary amenities. The house is adorable and the beds were very comfortable. Gigi was very responsive and assisted whenever we needed her. We would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Great spot! Right around the corner from good eats! Mane street cafe has excellent coffee. Three Legged Crane has cocktails and good food. Missed Bistro hours because we were there early in the week. We mountain biked and really enjoyed the views from the deck of the apartment. Would definitely come back!"

"The apartment was perfect for my stay and exactly as advertised. A beautiful view to the river - literally in the backyard - and a great walking trail just up the street. The place was clean and inviting. I was in town for a football game and access to campus and Autzen (via a shuttle you can pick up 2 miles away) couldn't have been much easier. The host was communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend the place and the host!"

"Very clean! Summer time would be better so we could sit outside and enjoy the sound of the river that's right outside the back door. There was some garbage behind the shed that didn't look good but with the weather being cold we didn't spend time outside except to walk and let our dog go potty. Other than that, it was cozy and a nice stay!"

"Really great rental, inside and out. Great views. Wildlife. Saw many turkey and deer. Quiet. Perfect condition with comfortable beds. Great kitchen. Very nice bathrooms. Lots of light. Fantastic decks all around. I think the listing warned it pretty well, but the only downside for certain people would be the number of steps to climb from the street to the front entrance. But that's what makes it the tree house! Steps could be lit a bit better for night climbing. Awesome place!! "
