"The staff was warm and welcoming. The hotel was very clean. Free breakfast items were the standard expected options. Coffee was nice and hot. Unfortunately their food delivery was delayed due to the storm so fresh waffles weren’t available. The truck arrived as we were checking out at 7am. No fault of the hotel or the driver, just Mother Nature. The beds in our room were very firm and pillows too soft making for an uncomfortable nights sleep. "This property has some serious maintenance issues, with key cards that randomly deactivate, locking you out, strange bugs in the rooms and literal pieces missing out of the laminate floor which is craving and coming up in places. There's also huge patches in the walls and floors and ceiling that aren't finished with paint, just really sloppy drywall. "
