"Hotel and water park were clean. Staff was nice and helpful. My only negative was our meal in the casino restaurant. The burgers were terrible. Didn't resemble a beef patty, maybe too many fillers,? Anyway that and one lady in the Arcade area was kind of rude to the kids, but she changed her tone when an adult was with them."

It included a sauna in the bathroom, a fairly big mini fridge, a microwave, coffee maker, and has a washer and dryer on the premises that are cheap, Whirlpool brand, and work very well! The room service staff is very efficient and friendly! The food for the complementary breakfast included both healthy and indulgent food. Highly recommend!"

"Everything was clean and all except the sink stopper was working properly. Breakfast was plentiful tho not especially tasty but, in all fairness, am not a breakfast person. Overall, very pleasant stay."
