"Chose this hotel to spend a night in the city for my daughters birthday. They really wanted to stay with a pool and hot tub. After arriving at the property we realized that the hot tub as featured on Expedia no longer existed. This was very disappointing as that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The staff at the front desk was very nice but when I called for an extra bath towel as we had 5 in a room and they only stock 4 towels, the staff who answered wasnt the nicest. Breakfast...

"Amazing stay from start to finish! The owner personally called to check if we were on our way, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The owner was very welcoming, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. It’s rare to find such great service and attention to detail. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!"

"Our family of four (2 year old; 8 year old) drove 2.5 hours one way to get there and when i got there they told me that they were closed! I then drove 2.5 hours back home. Very dosapointed that they did not have the reservation through expedia. I understand that it was during the province was re-opening for Covid19, but why was the property advertising through expedia?
