"Overall, my stay at this property was better than expected. It was clear that the property has been recently updated so the accommodations are nice for the price point. However, I did have some complaints: there are very few amenities in the room (no coffee pot, no microwave, and no mini fridge, for example), there was only hand lotion and no hand soap at the bathroom sink, and the lighting was very poor. Or room had a window that would have provided more light but then our entire room would...

"As usual the Staff at Heritage Inn does not disappoint! Wonderful and helpful staff. So many restaurants in walking distance in the very charming downtown. The breakfast has many hot and options. We will stay again as it was a great value!"

"So clean and comfortable, has the amenities of a much more expensive hotel, beautiful lobby. We had a studio w king bed, desk, sectional, and large clean bathroom for the same price as small dirty rooms in San Jose or Oakland. Staff was very accommodating and friendly, even late at night, and there were no hidden fees. "
