"This was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in a while. The facility is great, and they were renovating areas to make it even better. What won me over was the service at the desk. Will was the worker who helped us check in. He was fantastic. Just the nicest guy. He helped and accommodated some requests we had. We were in walking distance to so much on the main road. My kids loved the free cookies and drinks throughout the day. Thank you for making our trip so good! "

"The room was really nice. We booked the jetted tub and fireplace room with king bed. We were in the back of the hotel which i appreciated because we couldnt hear traffic on the main street. Our home area has no major traffic or neighborhood lights so when we atay anywhere its usually hard for us to sleep. We didnt try the free breakfast as we were there for one night and had Hofers for breakfast. My only complaint was we booked the room for the jetted tub and the jets didnt work. So in...

"The staff was so helpful with our large group including my wheelchair-bound child. They made sure we had parking available to get him in and out of the car. The room was plenty big enough for all 6 of us and clean. Location of the hotel was so convenient for all of us to get around Helen without having to use the car at all. Breakfast options at the hotel are the main part of any of my negative review. But Betty’s is next door and has great options. "

"Loved being in downtown Helen. Definitely walkable to most everything. Room was good, loved the river view. Clean, comfortable, safe. TV worked and had Netflix (last few places we’ve been had TV issues and no Netflix). Overall, a good place to stay and I’d go there again "

"For the price and how close it was to Helen it was a good deal. I was there after Christmas when everything in Helen was very expensive so it was worth it. We also took a day trip to Dahlonega which wasn’t too far. As far as the room it was basic but good. No complaints for the price point. I could hear loud talking through the wall but I sleep with a white noise app so it didn’t bother me. No good local food choices just basic American. I will stay again. "
