My main issues were the state of the bathroom ceiling (my boyfriend was concerned that there was black mold on the ceiling, as there were black spots above the bathtub). They assisted me more than anyone Front desk was nice but not helpful with the issues - roaches plumbing they where shooting porn, I change rooms and then not enough towels and wash clothes.
