When I checked in I was only offered a 1st floor room which I try to avoid at all costs for safety reasons. "Front desk staff didn't seem that friendly at first but they went above and beyond to address concerns and fix issues. There was some sort of stain on the mattress protector that they changed out for us no problem. My main disappointment was the free breakfast. All the eggs contained cheese (lactose intolerant), the oatmeal looked like mush, and the bagel I opted for had no flavor and was way to bread-y. There was no healthy option except for bananas.
