"Great place to stay, convenient to the airport with shuttle service 4am to 10pm. Extra kudos to shuttle driver when I arrived at the airport. He stayed past 10pm when my flight was late and baggage took a while to arrive."

After waiting over 20 minutes at the front desk for an employee, ANY EMPLOYEE to make an appearance in the lobby when we first got there, I called the corporate office for assistance in rousing someone to show up. About 10 minutes later, someone emerged from a closed door behind the lobby. By then the lobby was full of guests with questions. How does a hotel just leave the place completely unmonitored for so long? If security...
