"First off the listing said pool access and that’s main reason we chose this location. Arrived late in the evening. Next day checked the pools. Both we closed due to renovation. Spoke to Vacasa management and they said too bad. The local on site manager said that your reservation company should know the amenities. Tried for four days to get a resolution and still none. "The bed wasn't great and the place had no A/C, so in the summer I wouldn't want to stay for more than a night, but the grounds were lovely with a cute little waterfall right outside the front door. Check-in was a breeze (no idea why other reviewers complained about that). Room was warm overnight, even with the patio door open, but the grounds were very quiet so sleeping with the patio door open wasn't a problem. "Booked this VRBO in September for December stay. Tried to communicate with owner prior to arriving for weeks. Three days before our trip they did not ever get back to us with info on how to access the property. Contacted VRBO to ask for refund to book something else they wouldn’t help until 3:30 on day of check in . Then they refunded and we cancelled our Christmas trip . They still list this property so they are participating in this fraudulent listing"

"McCloud is a nice complex of apartments. We have stayed in the complex a couple of times. It is very convenient and within walking distance to most any location in Incline Village. We had a ground floor unit with two bedrooms and two baths. The unit was adequately furnished and had all the needed appliances. Parking in the garage space provided is really tight. The spaces are narrow and short. Fortunately there is outdoor parking in the complex, which is what we used. Overall, it was a good...
