"My family and I arrived for our reservation at about 6pm only to be told by the guy at the front desk that our price from Expedia was “too low” and that the price is usually about $135/night (which is NOT true if you check their online prices). "2 things I didn't like - 1) they provided disposable towels instead of actual bathe towels, 2) although mentioned that WIFI password is on the room phone, mine was no where to be found and it was past midnight and the lobby was unmanned, thankfully I booked 2 rooms for my group and the other room has it. However, the signal in my room was rather poor. But it was overall good value considering you get 40 mins of private onsen per occupant for each night's stay."

"Kudos to the proprietor, Mr. Fernando was very kind and accommodating to every query. Breakfast set of fruits, sandwich/bread, etc. was so delicious.The place is safe, have a privacy and peaceful, away from noise since it is located in a relatively remote.
