"This hotel is in a very central location for the city of Amersfoort. Thus, that’s the strongest strength of this hotel. Furthermore, the hotel has friendly staff members that make the visit more enjoyable. The room wasn’t all that large but sufficient. There was only a private shower for the room with a small toilet on the floor shared with other guests. "Considering the prices of hotels/hostels in Utrecht and its location, its a pretty good deal. The rooms are barebone but clean and spacious enough (as far as the private ones go). I would stay there again, but keep in mind its no frills!"

"My room was on the top floor and I had a number of heavy suitcases, so carrying them up was quite exhausting after a long flight and ride from Schiphol. In late August, the room was very warm as it had a glass door on one side and three large windows/doors on the other. So sun most of the day. The doors to the deck are standard european windows, meaning you can open or tilt them but due to there floor to ceiling hight, they were heavy and at times did not catch properly on the top corner that...

"It was a half hour walk from the train station, which we used to familiarize ourselves with the area. Could have very easily taken a bus, as there is a stop close to the hotel. Our room was on the 2nd level, but due to the set up of the hallways and rooms, we got lost trying to find ours, despite the desk clerk’s instructions. The stairs were very treacherous- narrow steps and spiral-like at the top and bottom, so would not recommend if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage. The bed was two...
