"The staff were awesome but the hotel itself was a mess, the elevator didn’t work so we had to go climb flights of stairs the whole weekend. The hallways smelled like animal urine & I let the front desk know but nothing was done. The hot water in the shower didn’t work we had to take cold showers. The side doors of the hotel were always propped open with rocks so anyone could walk in without a room key. "
