For a brand new Hilton Garden Inn it was spotless. But when you pay to stay at a hotel with the name Hilton atached to it you expect a good night sleep. The mattress was terrible, it was rock hard and you felt every spring. Paris Hilton would not sleep on the mattress and should not expect paying guest too. Other than that, the hotel lived up to the name Hilton.

The hotel was cleaned and very nice. It was short staff and no one was at the front desk for about 10 to 15 minutes. I tried to get a refund for my second night but the receptionist told me I could not when I asked her. So I just went to the front desk to get extra towels so other guests wouldn’t be interrupted.

Hotel was great. Room was clean. Breakfast was not great. Cheryl, the front desk personel was excellent and provided superb customer service. She even kindly removed the charge for the breakfast off my bill. Will definitely return when in the Maryland area.

Great experience, LOVED that the hotel had EV charging, it was awesome to leave the next morning with a fully charged car! Very comfortable, updated, clean hotel, no complaints, would definitely stay here again!
