"We enjoyed our stay at Queens. The room was huge, plenty of space for 3. The pool was so nice, very pretty at night with the lights and Live Oaks. One morning, I sat in a chair by the fire pit to read and have my coffee. Very peaceful. The hotel was quiet, despite being on a main road. Backing out of a parking space onto the road was a little tricky at times. We loved being able to walk to the village and pier. The girl in the office was super sweet and personable. "The biggest issue was booking a smoking room on Expedia only to be told upon arrival that the smoking rooms had been filled for weeks. There were no smoking rooms and to some, that may not seem like an issue How would you feel to want non-smoking and be told upon arrival that what you searched and paid for does not exist and you have no choice because of cost but to stay in that room? The attendee was marvelous with customer service and the explanation that the rooms had filled over weeks...
