"I booked this hotel, drove twelve miles out of my way and when I got there I was informed they had no rooms available. This was a nightmare! It caused me to find another room at a higher price and made for a terrible night and a horrible experience. I feel some compensation should be offered from your company to restore good faith in your company and services"

"Enjoyed our short stay here. The kids loved the hot tub on the deck--a treat during a winter stay. The property has lots of space and plenty of beds. The sauna is a great feature. The weather didn't cooperate as we stayed in mid-January (lots of snow on the ground), but we enjoyed our stay nontheless. "
