"Lovely hotel, staff were friendly, room clean but basic and bed not the most comfortable but as was only for one night to attend Hogmanay Gala Ball it was ok for us. Entertainment was great, Meal was very nice as was breakfast. Easy check-in and out."

"I enjoyed the stay. The room was quiet, the bathroom was new, check in was quick, the price was very good, bar was comfortable, drinks were not expensive. Didn't have breakfast. If you are looking for romantic stay then this is not the place but i think it was good and has character."

"We had an overnight stay for a wedding. The hotel venue was amazing. Staff worked hard and were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Good choices for breakfast. Plenty parking."

"Room was rather small but comfortable and was extremely clean, the bathroom was lovely and had a corner bath which was excellent!! The cleaning staff and breakfast staff were lovely helpful and friendly. Food was great too. "
