"our room look like it had been up dated recently and was nice, breakfast was average but good and dinning area was very clean. The employees were wonderful, helpful, and friendly.with my daughter moving up on the north coast I will be back to stay another night."

"Have not stayed here for several years. It has improved a lot since our last visit! Excellent reception employees. Hotel is now surrounded with a well designed and pleasant looking security fence. New paint. The hallway has new carpet and light fixtures which much improves the ambiance. Although these rooms are not fancy, nor do they have carpeting, they have freshened up the decor and they are clean. Excellent value for the cost as well. Will be staying here in the future while in the Arcata...
