"We appreciated the location, view and cozy guesthouse. We wanted to be close to the university as we were visiting our son. The kitchen windows and main entrance face the main home so there is less privacy but that wasn’t a big issue for us. The best highlights of the home for me was the great view, easy parking, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, warm fireplace in master, and comfortable seating in the living area. The laundry machines were an added bonus for our son. It is a very relaxing...

"The owners were very sweet and accommodating. The room was great. The heater was noisy, but I closed the bedroom door and put my earplugs in. The handle on the shower was hard to operate. I would suggest more lighting going down the stairs to my car. But overall, I thought the place was charming and saw a doe and her FAWN in the morning. It also would’ve been nice to have some ice in the refrigerator."

"Proximity to the wedding made this place a good choice. We would stay here again, but would like the bathroom door to be rehung—when it’s open it blocks access to the bathroom sink. "

"The house was as advertised. It's a very large 4 bedroom home. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, glasses, etc. There were plenty of towels and the washer/dryer was a bonus. The street was very quiet and we felt very safe there. It was easy to get around Eureka from that location."

"This place proves that good things come in small packages! This was a super comfortable place to stay while visiting my daughter. It was great to be able to bring my dog, but I will say the lay out is more suited to smaller breeds. Comfortable cleans and cozy. "

"We had a great time at this location. Well stocked kitchen, hot tub (which unfortunately we couldn't use because of the rain), washer and dryer, everything you need. The view is as excellent as the listing suggests, and it sits up on a hill in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There were thoughtful touches for parents with small kids in particular, with a little secret nook behind the bathroom where you can find the trundle bed. Lots of toys and books to keep them entertained throughput your stay....

Wonderful place to stay

"I can’t say enough good things about this place! There were about 10 of us that stayed in this wonderful place. The rooms were clean & spacious with plenty of parking. Staff was incredible from morning to into the night! I can’t wait to visit my Dad again & stay here!"
