"We loved how pretty the pool areas were, the breakfast had slight differences every day and the two pools were comfortable temperatures and well maintained. Breakfast and the large pool were across the street from the main hotel building, which was a little confusing as we don't speak Spanish and most of the staff only spoke bits of English. Overall it was a wonderful stay, and I would happily return. It was a bit strange to see ants inside the rooms, but you quickly realize it's just Mexico,...

"I travel with my 97 year old dad and special needs adult sister. Being safe, cleanliness and taken care of are priorities of mine. All that and more is what we experienced at this hotel. I would not recommend following the directions on Maps. There was a much easier way to get there and i am glad the guy at Alamo suggested a better route. Super easy to find it. The staff, location and safety were perfect. Very peaceful! I plan on extending our stay here by a couple more days."

"We like the service. When we had issues with the AC, TV or internet their help was great. Everyone was altways very friendly and ready to help out. On the other side,the room could use some upgrades. The bathroom is in nead of repairs; there are no fixtures for soap and the sink is missing sections. The bedroom could use some painting over a blackened spot on the ceiling. "

"Check in was very simple and fast. The front desk staff were friendly. Room was clean. Air conditioning worked good. Everything was going good untill the sun started going down and this place went downhill faster than the sun set. There was no hot water. It was luke warm. The pillows were as flat as a folded towel. There is a night club attached to the building. (This was Saturday night) The club was playing loud music all night until 5:30am. Plus the party buses passed by in front of the hotel...
