"Safe and great location within the center, just about 8mins walk to Central Train and Bus Stations. 24-Hr reception with free Coffee/Tea at Dining Area. Clean and Comportable room size. Free BF with loads to choose however the fresh pastries caught my attention. High customer service from reception to kitchen staffs - Victoria, Pele, Ester and another lady from kitchen. High salute to Silvia and Marco both from reception, super helpful with queries and directions...extending efforts to fulfill...

"We booked 2 rooms for 8 nights, amazing experience! Spacious room with big shower and big balcony which was nice! Reception staff and cleaners were VERY friendly, always got a smile and a hello! Food was incredible, always a great selection for everyone. Loads of activities down at the beach and on hotel grounds. 15 min walk from big water park which was great fun! Overall, as 2 young couples, we will definetly be back! Thank you! "

"We visited Trieste for 2 days and this was my first time in this city. The location of the hotel was fantastic, we walked everywhere! Also, it looks like the hotel was recently renovated, but everything was impeccable! The room was very spacious and beautiful! Highly recommended! "

"An excellent choice for when you are staying in Opatija. The hotel is grand, very central and well equipped with all the amenities. The staff was super friendly, approachable and dedicated to ensuring that you have a comfortable stay. We also got good recommendations on things to do around. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered an impressive variety of options to suit all tastes. Die Villa hat zwei Schlafzimmer ( ein Doppelbett und ein französisches Bett) und eine Schlafcouch. Zusätzlich eine kleine Küchenzeile und zwei Bäder (1xDusche und 1x Duschwanne). Das Appartement ist sauber, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Positiv ist die Klimaanlage im Appartement. "I love this place. I’ve stayed a few times and I’ll probably return. The staff, food and location are amazing!! There was however a persistent smell resembling backed up sewer. It wasn’t overwhelming but it was off putting. I walked onto a couple other floors and it was throughout the entire building. "
