"we had an excellent 4 days stay, , rooms a little small but very quiet and clean, very good breakfast with plenty of options for everyone, staff very friendly , no problems speaking in English at all , Felixberta at front desk was awesome helping us with all our needs, It was beyond our expectations"

"Had a great stay the last four nights. The hotel is very central to everything and both Christmas markets (Rossio and Wonderland). Staff is very friendly and the room was clean. The bed was made and I was given fresh towels every day. Great place to stay. Highly recommend "

"The location was great. Everybody was friendly and rooms are spacious and new. The only thing : The ventilation in bathroom (room 203) was not enough. There are some black molds in the shower. It was not an issue for me. They should use bleach to remove them."

"Truly one of the most well-covered hostel I have stayed at! They thiught of everything. The staff is incredibly helpful. From the time I arrived, I was given a very informative tour down to the sardines art! They respect your privacy. After the property tour, I was handed me off to another staff member to enter the female dorm. They have an entire wall with information for places to eat, see, tour, etc. Plenty of room to lounge.
