"Wonderful accommodations. The only negative part was the mattresses are tired and need to be replaced. Staff at front desk was delightful and helpful. Service staff was accommodating and helpful. We ate at Shakey's and Island Fish across the street. Terrific meals. Also recommend Castaways on South end of Marathon. American Legion loans walkers, etc. free of charge! Visitor Center very helpful. Turtle rescue worth while."

"Our room was nice and roomy clean could hear thru the door for the ajoining room sometimes to noisy. Was disappointed with the breakfast menu and service. My wife also got a glimpse into the kitchen she said it did not look clean. would go somewhere else. Overall everything was ok the ocean veiw is great location is good fyi we have been here 5 times the people are freindly and the rooms are nice. "

"We loved this property. It was in a great location, clean, great staff & great amenities. We played pickleball there & used the free kayaks. The property was clean & quiet. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked as it should in the room. The dryer in the laundry room actually dried the clothes, unlike other places we've stayed. I'd stay there again. "

"I had a great time, loved the fact that the pool was heated that made a huge difference and an appropriated one. The room was also very comfortable only thing was I was very underwhelmed with the bathroom. That is one place that should have been updated especially the shower. Otherwise I will definitely stay here again. "

"Gulf view was a good stay for us in the keys, it could use a little updating here and there but that's pretty much what I've seen everywhere. Staff was excellent, we had an issue with arriving our first night due to wildfires. The booking through Expedia was non-refundable, both parties went above and beyond to make sure that we got our money back for our first night since we could not stay there. I would stay at Gulfview again! "

"Best house ever. Very friendly host and ready to please with any requests. The beds were top quality. The house is perfect for families, the kitchen is great to cook, they have games, fishing poles and is very clean. We have never seen such beautiful sunsets. Easy to get to from anywhere in the country. Marathon is a unique destination, great food, quaint and you don’t get tired of coming back every year. WE RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE."
