"We always try to stay at this staten island location. We do like the convenience of being so close to the mall and other places to shop and eat. The only issue that we always have here is that it is dated. Chairs and sofas in the room, some carpeting and wall and ceiling touch ups should be thought about. Cloth chairs are simply not hygienic at all. Also, some of the staff, mostly the men, are not welcoming at all. I can say this because we have stayed here several times, and the male front desk...

"My room very nicely designed and very clean. The bed and pillow comfortable. Breakfast was good! NY bagels lol, sausage patties, hard boiled eggs, cereals, pancakes, fresh fruit. A nice boutique hotel to stay on way to cruise ship in Brooklyn. (I only saw a KFC a block away for a takeout dinner, but I brought my own, knowing there wasn’t much around.)"

"The only reason I did not rate it higher was due to a misleading picture "to me" that looked like a slightly bigger parking lot. It was fine for cars and trucks alone and I was able to jackknife the trailer in a spot but the parking lot pictures appeared to be be bigger than the actual parking lot. Not necessarily a bad review or bad place to stay that close to NY but I was hoping for more parking lot room. Overall stay was satisfactory."
