"This hotel is convenient for the airport and trams into central Geneva and Cern. The surrounding area is still a bit derelict with a kind of shopping mall with restaurants around the corner. The view from our window was not nice, hence the heavy blinds which were awkward to manage. The temperature was impossible to control with staff telling us it was against regulations for it to be increased or decreased by more than 3 C. Ridiculous! The staff themselves were quite helpful during the daytime,...

"We were on foot and able to walk to/from the train station through Annecy which took a leisurely 40 mins (for those so inclined - it’s a hill!). The climb was worth it. Beautiful lake view from our window and pleasant concierge staff. We rented e-bikes (40e/each) for a day and road the beautiful 26mile path around the lake. Also easy access to hiking trails above Les Tresomes. Highly recommend! "
