I have never experienced something like this (no towels? No bedding sheets? Beds were bare and not the cleanest) I am not sure how Expedia allows something like this, I believe there are minimum basics expectations from hosts to provide...

One window didn't lock (important) and another was difficult to lock. It was a little noisy early in the night in the central town square, but for most of the night very quiet.
