The problems we had included not receiving any check in instructions and we had difficulties finding the building and then again finding the unit. The apartment was also not in the safest area. "Excellent apartment in a central location with easy access to facilities and ski area. The hosts were so helpful answering questions immediately during our stay. They also went to the effort of contacting us about a landslide that had closed a road & would affect our transfer back to the airport (offering us a late check out to help with travel arrangements).
