"Really nice hotel that was within walking distance to all main sites (colosseum 10 mins along one straight road, other main sites 15/20mins away). Room was a decent size for a family of 4 and the elevator was a beautiful old one (one of the 1st in Rome). Staff helpful and sent over list of nice food places etc. Only negative was that we were charged a fee to check in ‘late’. We have in the past been charged to check out late but found the fact that we arrived at 10pm (having paid to sleep...

"Overall accommodation is in an easy commutable location, staff are very friendly and professional. Heating system not working and there are no door mats outside the toilets causing lot of inconvenience. Over all comfortable place with the price."

"Great place for exploring Rome, 15 min walk from Rome Termini station. Very efficient check in, rooms comfortable and clean plenty of hot water. Would stay again for longer. Only one thing which might be a problem for some people, would be the stairs ,there’s no lift, but that wasn’t an issue for us."

"We had a comfortable stay for our Rome holiday. The hotel was in a great location only 3 minutes walk to Termini station. Plenty of shops and restaurants and takeaways nearby. We felt very safe during daytime and early evenings in and around the area. The hotel itself is slightly dated but I found it clean, comfortable and my mattress was especially good and firm so I settled in very well quickly."

"Very convenient location to the attractions with many restaurants right at the door. It's an old building, and you have to take stairs to the rooms. The staffs are very nice, and the rooms are very clean with towel change every 2 days. But the rooms are small with limited space for luggages. The breakfast is VERY simply, so don't expect much. No bottle waters, no coffee machine, no refrigerator, no microwave, etc."
