"The staff was incredibly helpful. I was impressed with Raquel at the front desk. I got a little turned around, when driving to hotel, even w/GPS. I called hotel and Raquel stayed on the phone with me, to guide me and make sure I made it to the hotel safely. I found that very impressive and professional.
