"Three issues lowered the overall from perfect. 1) The WiFi connection is bad. It is free in the room but many problems, 2) there is no air condition nor a fan. "The staff were very nice. Liked the breakfast. The room was simple but cannot complain for the price. Tge parking was super small, so you have to watch out not to hit the corners. We walked down to Torbole central area for dinner."

"Can’t believe this hotel is rated a 2 star, it’s fabulous and only a short stroll away from Malcesine centre. Despite it being next to the main road we didn’t find it too noisy especially at night. Rooms are spacious and clean, the bonus is the swimming pool. We highly recommend it and hope to return next year. "

"I have just come back from a stay at hotel baitone which overall I was not impressed with at all. The room itself was good and very clean as was the restaurant but the location of the hotel was not what it was described on the website. It wasn’t in Malcesine it was 7 kilometres outside of the town which we had to get a taxi to or walk which was one hour and 17 mins. Very disappointedin the hotel.com website which I will never use again "
