"Perfect spot for our family to participate in Xterra. Right across the road from race area by yhe beach. We wanted a spot with kitchen and washing machine. Drying rack provided in each room. "To be clear, this is not a typical hotel; rather a set of autonomous apartments in a large, modern 3-story residence. Our two bedroom apartment was close to 800 ft^2, absolutely no relation to small hotel rooms we typically get everywhere else. The rooms were very clean. "The apartment itself is nice and big, Mail issue is the lack of A/C. It’s summer, hot, and the ceiling fan isn’t enough. Opening the window, will not help this much at day time and at night will bring u mosquitoes. The apartment was 4th floor with no elevator, hard with the luggage. "The most disgusting, bug infested, dirty, run down “hotel” I’ve ever experienced. Every species of bugs you can think of almost. If you don’t like bugs, don’t come here. If you do like bugs, come here. I will dispute this, it was a nightmare from hell. I would not wish my worst enemy to come here. Bugs everywhere, wifi hardly works. Not close to the town, bad location. No taxis available either. Host is condescending and acts like bugs are acceptable. "
