"Super helpful hosts with very good English. Shared excellent recommendations for visiting zhangjiajie, Tianmenshan, and local food options. Even helped me get a car when my didi wouldn’t work! Cute night market outside and not far from train station and cable cars. Note the google maps location is wrong, it’s on the other side of the river, more north. Airport pickup was super helpful. "Hotels.com had the wrong name ect with the wrong address and we booked this hotel off the reviews but the reviews were from another hotel, when we arrived at the airport there was no one there for us we had to call which was hard enough to be told get our own way or too bad, it was midnight we were tired and looked forward to a 4 star room to find a -1 star hotel, the rooms were filthy had not been cleaned in a month or more, the carpet was heavily stained everywhere, wallpaper peeling off and...
